Jaspal Bajwa - Mentor & Advisor

Jaspal is the founder of ‘Sunya Circle Authentic Leadership Associates’. In addition to a ‘PCC” from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), he is an associate of global thought-leaders like Dr. Marshall Goldsmith & Dr. Fons Trompenaars (for Cultural Intelligence). He is certified by the Center for Coaching Mastery (New Jersey, USA) and by GEI Partners (USA) / EiWorld (UK) for ‘Team EI’. In addition, he has an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad. Having lived in Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America - Jaspal is now based in Toronto, Canada
As a CXO profit-center head for global business organizations like Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, Marico, Bausch and Lomb and Nestle, he has mentored leaders around the globe for over three decades. Having worked in the trenches, he knows what it takes.

Harsh Chopra 

Harsh advises leading family businesses on Next Generation Induction, Succession, resolution of family conflicts, strategies for multi-generational success, and professionalization of family businesses. Harsh has conducted knowledge sessions for more than 1000 CEOs in partnership with leading banks across 10 cities. His articles and interviews have been published in Economic Times, Hindustan Times, Mint, Business Standard, and CNBC.
Harsh was the MD of  Bausch & Lomb India, Luxottica India ( Ray-Ban ) & Intertek. He started his career with Hindustan Unilever where he worked in senior management roles for 15 years. Harsh is a gold medalist Chemical Engineer from BHU IIT and lives in Gurgaon.

Raman Nanda 

Raman is a professional who has experienced real diversity in his life, which includes living in eight cities, speaking and understanding multiple Indian languages and one foreign language, and with an experience of working in MNC, Tata group, Murugappa group, and with start-ups.

The roles he has worked in include CFO, CHRO, CMO , CEO and finally as Country Head and President. A large part of this experience in the last 20 years has been with the Automotive and the Engineering industry.

After moving on from a corporate job, Raman created his enterprise STEP Transformations, and he enjoys doing Leadership and Business coaching, consulting and finally working with start-ups and incubators.
